Villarreal set to sign Leganes goalkeeper Conde in €2.5m transfer
Villarreal are set to sign goalkeeper Diego Conde from Leganes on a five-year contract.
The 25-year-old helped Leganes secure promotion back to La Liga for the 2024-25 season, and was instrumental in the side conceding the fewest goals (26) in the division.
Villarreal will pay €2.5million plus bonuses for the former Atletico Madrid and Getafe goalkeeper, who will join the Yellow Submarine pending a medical.
